Elizabeth Lepkowski, MATD, brings over 15 years of experience in adult learning and training methodologies, implementing digital content for self-directed activities as well as integrating resources with other live educational events. She holds an undergraduate degree in organizational leadership and a graduate degree in training and development with a focus on e-learning. Elizabeth has incorporated education technology, specifically the use of simulation, interactive learning, social media, gamification, and virtual reality modalities to enhance and increase effectiveness of educational content delivery. Elizabeth also brings experience in creating collaborations with other societies and industry partners to develop interactive medical education programs to address clinician engagement.
As the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology’s Chief Learning Officer, Elizabeth provides leadership and executive management for AACE’s educational portfolio and disease state networks that elevate the clinical practice of endocrinology. Elizabeth plays a key role in the growth and development of AACE’s education portfolio through participation in the Executive Leadership Team and in collaboration with the AACE Board of Directors and other key member stakeholders.
