Jennifer M. Trujillo is a professor at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Aurora, Colorado. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the University of Arizona and completed her pharmacy practice residency at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Trujillo currently practices as a clinical pharmacist and certified diabetes care and education specialist at the UCHealth Diabetes and Endocrinology Clinic on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She is an associate editor of the journal Diabetes Spectrum and an editorial board member of the journal Pharmacotherapy. She has participated in multiple research projects as a primary investigator or coinvestigator, and has had numerous speaking engagements at the national and local level. She has published several book chapters and has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed journal articles in the field of diabetes.
